How do I make a purchase?
Browse through all our collections to find the one that suits you. Once you have selected an item, click on the 'Add to Cart' button below it. Review your selection by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the page. You can use the 'Remove from Cart' link to delete items. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on the 'Check Out' button.
How should I know the products you sell are authentic?
We guarantee that the products we sell are 100% authentic. They are all hallmarked ‘925’ and we carry permissions from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for the same. The materials used are carefully chosen and the collection is made from 925 Sterling Silver with Silver and/or 18k Gold Plating, with original Swarovski crystals, Preciosa crystals and AAA-grade Cubic Zirconia (CZ).
To make sure the products you shop for are from our official brand and not from imposters, please check for the Y logo engraved on all our products as a promise of quality.
How do I know my size?
A bracelet or an anklet is perfectly sized when you measure your wrist/ankle tightly and add 2 cms.
The most popular bracelet size is 19 cm and the most popular anklet size is 23. Please help us understand your correct size depending on how you like to wear your bracelet.
If you like a tighter fit, choose the smaller size and if you like to wear it loosely take the next size up. You can refer to our Size Guide for further clarity.
What payment methods are accepted at Y Jewelry?
You can pay for your purchases using a Credit or Debit card, Net Banking, or Cash Wallets (all secured through 128-bit SSL encoding). We also accept Cash On Delivery (COD).
Is it safe to use my credit or debit card for making payments at Y Jewelry?
We regard data protection as a vital concern, and we would make sure that your privacy is and remains protected at all times when using our online shop.
We regularly adapt our security measures to the current state of the art.
We encrypt your personal data using the SSL process (Secure Socket Layer process) for our online shop and for transmitting your personal data stored there, which includes the payment information. The SSL process is currently the most common and most secure Internet data transmission process.

What are cookies? Do they affect my online shopping experience?
Cookies are small text files that are saved on your computer’s hard drive by your web browser, which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to make navigation simpler for you. We only collect data that is of concern to our website such as the date and time of your visit, time spent on each page, etc.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
What if the item I receive is defected?
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, we give you a 1-year warranty, from your date of purchase, covering material defects and production faults. Within the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge. If a repair is not possible or deemed too expensive, we will exchange the jewelry against jewelry of equal value, free of charge. However, the warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, and tarnishing and a few factors, which are specified on the Purchase Information - Service Warranty page.
How I return a product?
You can return the goods within 7 days from when you receive them. Please create a return in your account on our website or ask our friendly Customer Support Team to create a return for you. We will organise a reverse pick up at the earliest and refund the amount paid to the original payment method once we have received the retuned item/s in our warehouse.
Do Y Jewelry pieces tarnish?
We do heavy-duty anti-tarnish coating, but tarnish is inevitable for silver jewelry over time. For this reason, we offer free re-polishing on our jewelry. The customer has to send the tarnished pieces to us. We re-polish and return them free of cost within 7 days of receipt.
